Dr. Amrit Sahota holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with specialization in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. She is a registered member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario https://cco.on.ca.

She values taking a multidisciplinary team approach to health care and providing patients with hands on care, at home exercises and lifestyle modifications to aid towards optimizing your bodies well being.

She is a diversified chiropractic and her methods involve the use of Manual Muscle Release therapy, Chiropractic Joint Manipulation, Functional Assessments, Exercise and Rehabilitation, Kinesiology Taping as well Flexion and Distraction treatments.
